General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the fmxdb platform and all its services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on fmxdb, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

fmxdb is an online entertainment gaming and betting platform for the Bangladesh market. To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use fmxdb's services, you must meet the following conditions:

Account Registration & Verification

When opening an account on fmxdb, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. fmxdb reserves the right to suspend or close your account if false or misleading information is provided.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. fmxdb is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

Single Account Policy

Only one account per user is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any pending bonuses may be forfeited.

Identity Verification

fmxdb may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This is a necessary step to keep our platform safe and reliable.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on fmxdb are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support the following payment methods:

• Nagad — Postal department digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile service
• Bank Transfer — Major banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals will always be processed through the same method used for the most recent deposit. fmxdb reserves the right to review any withdrawal request.

Transaction Rejection

fmxdb reserves the right to reject or hold any transaction in cases of fraud, suspicious activity, or breach of these Terms. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

fmxdb offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → Total ৳2,000
• Example: ৳18,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → Total ৳26,000

Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specified validity period.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until their terms have been met.
• fmxdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse of bonus terms is detected, the account may be closed.

VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

fmxdb's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you can move up to higher tiers and enjoy more benefits.

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP benefits are entirely discretionary and fmxdb reserves the right to change them at any time. The criteria for determining VIP tiers will be communicated separately.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the fmxdb platform:

Financial Fraud

• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Raising false chargebacks or disputes.
• Placing bets with third-party funds.

Platform Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonus terms.
• Using software or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Colluding with other users.

Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

The following general rules apply to all games and betting sections on fmxdb. Additional rules may apply to specific games or sports.

Finality of Results

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event of a technical error, fmxdb reserves the right to void or review the bet.

System Errors

In the event of incorrect payouts resulting from software errors, network outages, or other technical issues, fmxdb reserves the right to pay the correct amount. Any excess funds received as a result of an error may be reclaimed.

Sports Betting

Bets on sporting events are always settled according to the scheduled rules and timings. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or incomplete, fmxdb will determine the bet settlement policy.

Privacy & Data Protection

fmxdb places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

Limitation of Liability

• Issues caused by the failure of third-party services.
• Natural disasters or events beyond our control.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own decisions.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access.

Account Suspension & Closure

fmxdb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Detection of an account belonging to a minor.
• Account inactive for an extended period of time.
• By order of a legal authority.

After account closure

If an account is closed under normal circumstances, the verified balance will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the balance may be forfeited. You may also request account closure at any time.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

fmxdb reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for important changes.

If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.

Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
